Recruitment & Compliance Standards
To ensure the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance, every healthcare professional must successfully complete our rigorous screening and credential verification process.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid Certification (Level C or equivalent)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safe Management Certification (where applicable)
- Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
- Medical Fitness Clearance
- Valid authorization to work in Canada
- Government-issued photo identification
- Relevant professional license, registration, or recognized healthcare certification
- Minimum Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification (or equivalent)
- Three professional references
- Current résumé and employment history verification
- Ongoing credential validation and compliance monitoring
Digital Credential Management
All required documents are securely managed through our Digital Credential Management System to ensure certifications remain current and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.
